Breezy conditions are on tap this afternoon, as a weak upper level trough
approaches from southern California.  The trough will weaken as it moves
through overnight.  This will result in lighter afternoon winds for Saturday
with continued sunny skies forecast.  Temperatures will start to warm
a couple degrees Sunday.  Min RH to the low teens will continue as a result.
