.DISCUSSION... A dry weather system will push through today resulting
in breezy southerly winds with gusts around 30 MPH this afternoon. High
temperature will be in the mid 70s with minimum RH in the teens. Wind
speeds will be at critical thresholds for Red Flag conditions, however,
Red Flag Warnings will not be issued due to the current fuel conditions
across the broader region. After the weather system passes through today,
winds will be calmer with gusts up to 20 MPH in the afternoon hours.
