THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST
WYOMING...AND THE BLACK HILLS OF WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL BRING WINDY CONDITIONS AND MUCH COOLER
AIR TO NORTHEAST WYOMING AFTER MIDNIGHT. SOME LIGHT SNOW WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THE FRONTAL PASSAGE...WITH SOME BLOWING SNOW AND
REDUCED VISIBILITIES POSSIBLE AT TIMES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

IT WILL TURN MUCH COLDER ON MONDAY AS ARCTIC AIR MOVES INTO
NORTHEAST WYOMING. IN ADDITION...LIGHT SNOW AND BREEZY WINDS WILL
PRODUCE AREAS OF REDUCED VISIBILITIES. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY
IS IN EFFECT FOR MONDAY. BY MONDAY AFTERNOON...WIND CHILL
READINGS WILL FALL TO AROUND ZERO.

HIGH TEMPERATURES ARE ONLY EXPECTED TO BE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS
AND TEENS FOR TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, WITH LOW TEMPERATURES
BELOW ZERO. BREEZY NORTHWEST WINDS AT TIMES WILL PRODUCE WIND
CHILL TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM 15 TO 25 DEGREES BELOW ZERO
TUESDAY NIGHT AND AGAIN ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT. WARMER AIR WILL BEGIN
TO MOVE BACK IN FOR LATE THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY.
