WINDS. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF A FEW INCHES ARE POSSIBLE
ACROSS NORTHEAST WYOMING AND THE NORTHERN HILLS...AND
ALSO SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...WITH LESSER AMOUNTS
EXPECTED IN BETWEEN.
