THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN SOUTH
DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH...
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON BEFORE VERY GRADUALLY
DECREASING LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW
WILL PERSIST ACROSS THESE AREAS THROUGH MUCH OF THE AFTERNOON. IN
ADDITION...THE COLD TEMPERATURES COMBINED WITH THESE WINDS WILL
PRODUCE WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES BELOW ZERO FOR MUCH OF THE
DAY...AND INTO TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL ONLY BE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS FOR
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY...WITH LOW TEMPERATURES NEAR OR BELOW ZERO.
BREEZY NORTHWESTERLY WINDS AT TIMES WILL PRODUCE WIND CHILL VALUES
RANGING FROM 10 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO WEDNESDAY NIGHT...WITH
NEAR OR BELOW ZERO WIND CHILL VALUES DURING THE DAY. WARMER AIR
WILL BEGIN TO MOVE BACK INTO THE AREA ON FRIDAY.

BRISK NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL KEEP WIND CHILL VALUES NEAR OR
BELOW ZERO IN MANY AREAS THIS AFTERNOON. WIND CHILL VALUES WILL
DROP TO 10 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO IN MOST AREAS LATER TONIGHT.
