SNOW IS LIKELY OVER PARTS OF NORTHEASTERN WYOMING AND THE NORTHERN
BLACK HILLS TODAY...WITH A CHANCE OF SNOW OVER PARTS OF THE REST
OF FAR WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. 1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED
OVER THE NORTHERN BLACK HILLS WITH GENERALLY AN INCH OR LESS OF
SNOW ACCUMULATION EXPECTED OVER THE REST OF NORTHEASTERN WYOMING
AND FAR WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. BREEZY TO WINDY CONDITIONS MAY LEAD
TO AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW.
