THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHEASTERN WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

A STRONG COLD FRONT MOVED THROUGH THE AREA THIS MORNING. BEHIND THE
FRONT...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 55 MPH WILL
BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE SOUTH DAKOTA PLAINS THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.
IN ADDITION...DRY CONDITIONS COMBINED WITH THESE WINDS WILL PLACE
THE GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER IN THE VERY HIGH CATEGORY ACROSS MUCH OF
THE WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA PLAINS.
