NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH CAN
BE EXPECTED TODAY ACROSS NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA.

THE GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER INDEX WILL BE IN THE VERY HIGH CATEGORY
OVER MUCH OF WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA TODAY.
