...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FOR NORTHWESTERN INTO SOUTH CENTRAL
SOUTH DAKOTA THROUGH LATE THIS AFTERNOON...

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHEASTERN WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR ACROSS THE AREA
TODAY AS A SLOW-MOVING STORM SYSTEM AFFECTS THE NORTHERN PLAINS.
BEST CHANCES FOR STORMS WILL BE ACROSS NORTHWEST THROUGH SOUTH
CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. A FEW STORMS WITH SMALL HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS
WILL BE POSSIBLE. THE BIGGER CONCERN WILL BE THE THREAT FOR HEAVY
RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING AS ABUNDANT MOISTURE WILL BE IN PLACE
AND SOME STORMS WILL BE SLOW MOVING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE EXPECTED THIS WEEKEND AS A UNSETTLED
PATTERN CONTINUES OVER THE REGION. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE NOT
EXPECTED AT THIS TIME...BUT ISOLATED STRONG STORMS WITH HAIL AND
GUSTY WINDS ARE POSSIBLE...MAINLY DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
