SUNDAY AND MONDAY. STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 40 MPH...WITH
GUSTS TO 55 MPH...WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE NORTHWEST AND WEST
CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA PLAINS.
