LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE LIKELY TODAY ACROSS PORTIONS OF
NORTHEAST WYOMING AND THE BLACK HILLS AREA AS AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT
SLIDES SOUTH OF THE AREA. TEMPERATURES WILL DROP TO NEAR OR BELOW
ZERO TONIGHT ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA...WITH WIND CHILL VALUES OF
10 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO LATE TONIGHT INTO EARLY SUNDAY. THE LOWEST
VALUES WILL BE ACROSS FAR NORTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA.
