AREAS OF FOG AND LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL BE POSSIBLE EARLY
THIS MORNING BEFORE DISSIPATING. AREAS OF FREEZING RAIN AND SNOW
WILL DEVELOP ACROSS NORTHWEST TO NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA LATE
THIS MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. ICE ACCUMULATIONS UP
TO ONE TENTH OF AN INCH AND SNOWFALL TOTALS UP TO 3 INCHES ARE
POSSIBLE. THE PRECIPITATION WILL END LATE TONIGHT.
