THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...STRONG WINDS WILL DEVELOP AFTER SUNRISE AND PERSIST
  THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS.

* WINDS...NORTH-NORTHWEST 20 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH.

* IMPACTS...SUDDEN WIND GUSTS CAN CAUSE DRIVERS TO LOSE CONTROL...
  ESPECIALLY IN LIGHTWEIGHT OR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. OCCASIONAL
  LIGHT SNOW AND AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW ARE ALSO EXPECTED LATER THIS
  MORNING AND AFTERNOON.
