WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM TO 8 PM MST MONDAY.

* TIMING...MONDAY MORNING THROUGH EARLY MONDAY EVENING.

* WINDS...NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 30 TO 45 MPH WITH
  GUSTS TO AROUND 60 MPH DURING THE MORNING HOURS. WINDS WILL
  PERSIST INTO THE EARLY EVENING BEFORE SLOWLY DIMINISHING.

* IMPACTS...SUDDEN WIND GUSTS CAN CAUSE DRIVERS TO LOSE
  CONTROL...ESPECIALLY IN LIGHTWEIGHT OR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
  STRONG WINDS CAN CAUSE BLOWING DUST...REDUCED VISIBILITY...AND
