TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...Oglala Lakota County, including portions of the Pine Ridge
  Reservation, Rapid City, Custer Co Plains, Pennington Co Plains,
  Sturgis/Piedmont Foothills, Southern Meade Co Plains, and Hermosa
  Foothills.

* WHEN...From Late Tuesday morning through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and
  signs. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.
