TEMPERATURES CLIMBING INTO THE UPPER 50S TO UPPER 60S OVER THE
SOUTH DAKOTA PLAINS. WINDS WILL BE FROM THE SOUTHWEST AT 5 TO 15
MPH...BECOMING NORTHWEST LATE THIS AFTERNOON. MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES WILL BE 30 TO 40 PERCENT ACROSS THE EASTERN
FOOTHILLS...AND 40 TO 50 PERCENT ACROSS MUCH OF THE SOUTH DAKOTA
PLAINS.
