WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 40S TO NEAR 60. MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE FROM THE 30S OVER NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA TO
THE 50S OVER SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY BECOMING
SOUTHEAST AVERAGING 5 TO 15 MPH.
