.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING DRY AND MILD WEATHER TO
THE REGION TODAY AND TUESDAY. HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL BE IN
THE UPPER 70S TO LOWER 80S...AND MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
WILL BE 20 TO 30 PERCENT.

BREEZY SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS AROUND 15 MPH ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE
WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA PLAINS TUESDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL WARM INTO
THE LOWER 80S TO LOWER 90S...WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
25 TO 35 PERCENT.
