WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA THIS AFTERNOON. SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS WILL
SHIFT TO THE WEST-NORTHWEST AS THE TROF PASSES THROUGH. ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON...WITH ERRATIC AND GUSTY
WINDS. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE MID 80S TO LOWER
90S...WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF 20 TO 30 PERCENT.
