DRIZZLE WILL CONTINUE TODAY. HIGHS WILL BE IN THE 40S TO LOWER 50S
WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES OF 60 TO 70 PERCENT. WINDS WILL BE
NORTH TO NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 20 MPH.
