.DISCUSSION...SKIES WILL BE MOSTLY CLOUDY TODAY WITH HIGH
TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM THE 40S OVER NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA AND
THE BLACK HILLS...TO THE 70S IN FAR SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.
GUSTY WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL BE IN THE 50 TO 80 PERCENT RANGE
ACROSS NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA AND THE BLACK HILLS...AND FROM 25 TO
30 PERCENT ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.

ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
