.DISCUSSION...TEMPERATURES WILL REACH THE 80S TO LOWER 90S TODAY
WITH THE WARMEST SPOTS ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN THROUGH CENTRAL SOUTH
DAKOTA. THE MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP TO 25 TO 40
PERCENT. WINDS GENERALLY WILL BE FROM THE SOUTHEAST AT 10 TO 20
MPH. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS WESTERN INTO SOUTH-
CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA THIS MORNING...WITH MORE STORMS EXPECTED TO
REDEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON.
