THE 70S. SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH LATE THIS
MORNING AND AFTERNOON. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DROP TO 20 TO 35
PERCENT IN THE AFTERNOON.

ORGANIC MATERIAL ON THE GROUND...INDICATE THAT DANGEROUS
BURNING CONDITIONS EXIST. FIRES WILL SPREAD RAPIDLY AND
SHOW ERRATIC BEHAVIOR. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
