SOUTH DAKOTA TO THE UPPER 70S IN SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.
MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE FROM 30 PERCENT IN SOUTH
CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA TO 70 PERCENT IN NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA.
GUSTY WESTERLY WINDS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON...STRONGEST OVER
NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 50 MPH.
