.DISCUSSION...SKIES WILL BE MOSTLY SUNNY TO PARTLY CLOUDY TODAY
WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES CLIMBING INTO THE UPPER 50S TO UPPER 60S
OVER THE SOUTH DAKOTA PLAINS. WINDS WILL BE FROM THE SOUTH TO
SOUTHWEST AT 10 TO 15 MPH. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DROP TO 25 TO
40 PERCENT IN THE AFTERNOON.
