.DISCUSSION...MILD TEMPERATURES IN THE 40S TO MID 50S ARE
EXPECTED TODAY. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL AGAIN BE BREEZY AROUND 15 TO
20 MPH...AND MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL BE AROUND 40 TO
50 PERCENT. PATCHY FOG AND FREEZING DRIZZLE ARE POSSIBLE TONIGHT.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF RAIN/SNOW ACROSS NORTHWESTERN INTO CENTRAL SD
ON THURSDAY...WITH FREEZING DRIZZLE POSSIBLE IN THE MORNING. TEMPERATURES
WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 30S ACROSS CENTRAL SD TO THE 40S AND LOWER
50S ACROSS FAR WESTERN SD. WINDS WILL BE AROUND 15 MPH ACROSS
NORTHWESTERN SD AND JUST EAST OF THE BLACK HILLS.
