.DISCUSSION...A TROF OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA
TODAY, BRINGING SHOWERS TO FAR WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. HIGH
TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE LOWER 50S IN NORTHWEST SOUTH
DAKOTA TO THE MIDDLE 60S IN SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH
DAKOTA. THE MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL RANGE FROM AROUND 40
PERCENT IN SOUTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA TO AROUND 55 PERCENT IN
NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA.

INDICATE THAT THERE IS A MODERATE TO HIGH POTENTIAL FOR A FIRE
OCCURRENCE. OUTDOOR BURNING SHOULD BE RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING
OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE
RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
