.DISCUSSION...A STRONG AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER EASTERN SOUTH
DAKOTA WILL BRING STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS TO THE AREA TODAY. HIGH
TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE MID 30S TO MID 40S WITH MINIMUM
RELATIVE HUMIDITY RANGING FROM AROUND 35 PERCENT IN SOUTHWEST
SOUTH DAKOTA TO AROUND 70 PERCENT IN NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA.

ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
