WILL BE A QUIET DAY. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE AREA
BRINGING COOLER TEMPERATURES TO NORTHEAST WYOMING AND FAR WESTERN
SD. THIS FRONT WILL BRING BREEZY NORTHWEST WINDS TO THE AREA
TODAY.

ORGANIC MATERIAL ON THE GROUND...INDICATE THAT DANGEROUS
BURNING CONDITIONS EXIST. FIRES WILL SPREAD RAPIDLY AND
SHOW ERRATIC BEHAVIOR. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
