HIGH TEMPERATURES ON THE PLAINS WILL BE IN THE 60S WITH MINIMUM
RELATIVE HUMIDITY RANGING FROM 27 TO 37 PERCENT. NORTHWEST WINDS
OF 15 TO 25 MPH WILL PREVAIL DURING THE AFTERNOON.
