THIS AFTERNOON. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BECOME BREEZY AROUND 15 TO
20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH. HIGHS WILL BE IN THE MID 30S TO LOWER
40S...WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES OF 50 TO 60 PERCENT.

STRONGER WINDS ARE EXPECTED FOR SATURDAY...ESPECIALLY ACROSS
NORTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA...WHERE WINDS OF 35 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR
50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE. HIGHS WILL BE IN THE MID 40S TO LOWER
50S...WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES AROUND 40 PERCENT.
WINDS WILL BE VERY STRONG ACROSS THE AREA ON SUNDAY.
