TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM THE 40S OVER NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA TO
THE LOWER 60S IN FAR SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA. MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES WILL BE IN THE 40 TO 70 PERCENT RANGE ACROSS THE SOUTH
DAKOTA PLAINS. WIDESPREAD WETTING RAINS ARE EXPECTED TOMORROW.
