SYSTEM CROSSES THE REGION. RAIN THIS MORNING ACROSS THE BLACK
HILLS AREA AND WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA PLAINS WILL CONTINUE EASTWARD
THROUGH THE DAY INTO CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. MORE THUNDERSTORMS ARE
THEN EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. WEATHER WILL
BECOME DRIER AND WARMER THIS WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK.
