TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 70S TO MID 80S. WINDS WILL BE FROM THE
SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST AT 5 TO 15 MPH...A BIT STRONGER OVER SOUTH
CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DROP TO 25 TO 35
PERCENT IN THE AFTERNOON.
