MOVES EAST ACROSS WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. FREEZING RAIN AND SNOW ARE
LIKELY ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHWEST INTO NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA DURING
THE DAY...ESPECIALLY DURING THE MIDDAY AND AFTERNOON HOURS. ICE
ACCUMULATIONS OF A TRACE TO NEAR A TENTH OF AN INCH ARE
EXPECTED...WITH SNOWFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE.
