.A STRONG AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS
TONIGHT INTO MONDAY. LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE OVER NORTHEASTERN
WYOMING...AND EXPAND INTO THE BLACK HILLS...AND INTO SOUTHWEST AND
SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA TONIGHT. SNOW MAY BE MIXED WITH SLEET
OR FREEZING RAIN TONIGHT ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.
NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE GUSTY ON MONDAY...CREATING SOME AREAS OF
BLOWING SNOW.

* MAIN HAZARD...3 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS IN FAVORED UPSLOPE AREAS.

* OTHER CONDITIONS...BREEZY WINDS MAY PRODUCE SOME BLOWING
  SNOW...CAUSING REDUCED VISIBILITIES.

* IMPACT...THE SNOW AND WIND WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS DRIVING
