COLD WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MST TODAY...

* WIND CHILLS WILL RANGE FROM 20 BELOW ZERO TO 25 BELOW ZERO
  THROUGH NOON WEDNESDAY...WITH THE COLDEST WIND CHILLS
  OCCURRING AROUND 8 AM WEDNESDAY.

* IMPACT...THE COMBINATION OF WIND AND COLD TEMPERATURES CAN
  CAUSE FROSTBITE IN 30 MINUTES OR LESS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT COLD AIR AND THE WIND WILL
COMBINE TO CREATE LOW WIND CHILLS. FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA CAN
OCCUR IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A HAT AND
GLOVES.
