.A STRONG AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS
TODAY INTO MONDAY. SNOW WILL BEGIN OVER NORTHEASTERN WYOMING AND
THE NORTHERN HILLS THIS AFTERNOON...AND EXPAND INTO SOUTHWEST AND
SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA TONIGHT. SNOW MAY BE MIXED WITH SLEET
OR FREEZING RAIN THIS EVENING ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.
NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE GUSTY TODAY THROUGH MONDAY...CREATING
SOME AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW.

* MAIN HAZARD...3 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS IN FAVORED UPSLOPE AREAS.

* OTHER CONDITIONS...BREEZY WINDS MAY PRODUCE SOME BLOWING
  SNOW...CAUSING REDUCED VISIBILITIES.
