PLAINS TODAY INTO MONDAY. SNOW WILL BEGIN OVER NORTHEASTERN
WYOMING AND THE NORTHERN HILLS TODAY...EXPANDING OVER
SOUTHWEST/SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA TONIGHT. SNOW MAY BE MIXED
WITH SLEET OR FREEZING RAIN THIS EVENING ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL
SOUTH DAKOTA. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE BREEZY TODAY THROUGH
MONDAY...CREATING SOME BLOWING SNOW ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA ON
MONDAY.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN TO MOVE INTO THE AREA TODAY...INCREASING
  THIS EVENING AND INTO MONDAY. THE SNOW WILL TAPER OFF MONDAY
  AFTERNOON.

* MAIN HAZARD...3 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS.

* OTHER CONDITIONS...BREEZY WINDS MAY PRODUCE SOME BLOWING
  SNOW...CAUSING REDUCED VISIBILITIES.

* IMPACT...THE SNOW AND WIND WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS DRIVING
