.A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL DRAW ABUNDANT MOISTURE INTO
NORTHEASTERN WYOMING AND WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
TEMPERATURES WILL BE COLD ENOUGH FOR HEAVY SNOW OVER THE HIGHER
