INTO THE CENTRAL ROCKIES AND CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS ON SUNDAY. THIS
SYSTEM WILL BRING RAINFALL EARLY THIS EVENING...CHANGING TO SNOW
OVERNIGHT. UP TO SEVERAL INCHES OF SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED OVER MUCH
OF NORTHEASTERN WYOMING AND THE BLACK HILLS BY LATE SUNDAY
