...WINTER STORM WATCH NOW IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY MORNING THROUGH
MONDAY EVENING...
* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations
of 6 to 12 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze
possible. Winds could gust as high as 55 mph.
* WHERE...Northern Jackson County, Bennett County, Mellette
County, Todd County, Tripp County and Southern Jackson County.
This includes the Tribal Lands of the Pine Ridge Reservation
and the Rosebud Reservation.
* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.

A Winter Storm Watch for blizzard conditions means falling and
blowing snow with strong winds may produce dangerous whiteout
