.A BLAST OF ARCTIC AIR IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS
EARLY THIS WEEK. THE ARCTIC AIR WILL FOLLOW A STRONG COLD FRONT
THAT WILL MOVE THROUGH NORTHEAST WYOMING LATE TONIGHT INTO THE
DAY ON MONDAY. SNOW AND GUSTY WINDS WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES FOR
MUCH OF THE DAY ON MONDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL START OFF IN THE
20S...FALLING INTO THE TEENS BY THE AFTERNOON. WIND CHILLS WILL
FALL TO NEAR ZERO BY LATE AFTERNOON.
