THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS TRANSMITTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE
HOUSTON POLICE DEPARTMENT.

THE HOUSTON POLICE DEPARTMENT IS SEEKING THE LOCATION OF 2
ENDANGERED MISSING CHILDREN WHO ARE SISTER AND BROTHER. THE SISTER
IS 3-YEAR- OLD, LEAH AVILA (DOB 10/17/11)...AND THE BROTHER IS
4-YEAR-OLD JORDAN AVILA (DOB 4/6/10)...WHO WERE LAST SEEN AT 5:45
A.M. TODAY IN HOUSTON AT THEIR HOME NEAR CROSSTIMBERS AND BAUMAN
ROAD.

BOTH CHILDREN ARE HISPANIC AND WERE LAST SEEN IN PAJAMAS. LEAH
HAS BROWN EYES AND STRAIGHT BROWN HAIR THAT FALLS JUST PAST HER
SHOULDERS WITH BANGS. JORDAN HAS BROWN EYES AND SHORT BROWN HAIR.

THE SUSPECTS ARE ALL HISPANIC AND ARE FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE BIOLOGICAL
MOTHER...WHO IS NOT BELIEVED TO BE INVOLVED. THE SUSPECTS ARE ROSE
MARY GARCIA (DOB 10/3/54), ANDREA ALARCON (DOB 4/17/80) AND LUKEL
EVANS (DOB 2/25/97).

THE SUSPECTS MAY BE IN A 2012-13 BABY BLUE, 4-DOOR NISSAN SEDAN.

THE CHILDREN ARE BELIEVED TO BE ENDANGERED AND ANYONE WITH
INFORMATION REGARDING THE CHILDREN, THE VEHICLE OR ANY OF THE
SUSPECTS IS ASKED TO IMMEDIATELY CALL THE HOUSTON POLICE
DEPARTMENT AT 713-308-3600.
