FLOOD WARNING, WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT THURSDAY. THE
COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* COASTAL FLOODING...MODERATE TIDAL FLOODING IS EXPECTED AROUND
  TIMES OF HIGH TIDE WITHIN THE ST. JOHNS RIVER BASIN AND ITS
  TRIBUTARIES...ALONG AREA BEACHES...AND WITHIN COASTAL ESTUARIES.
  ELEVATED WATER LEVELS LIKELY TO CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY.

* WAVES AND SURF...5 TO 7 FEET.

* IMPACTS...RIVER AND CREEK FLOODING AROUND THE TIMES OF HIGH
  TIDE WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING OF MAINLY PARKS, CAMPGROUNDS,
  DOCKS AND BOAT RAMPS AND ALONG SOME AREA ATLANTIC BEACHES.
  STRONG RIP CURRENTS AND ROUGH SURF ARE EXPECTED AT AREA
  BEACHES AS WELL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR
IMMINENT. COASTAL RESIDENTS IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD BE ALERT
FOR RISING WATER, AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO PROTECT LIFE AND
PROPERTY.

A HIGH SURF ADVISORY MEANS THAT HIGH SURF WILL AFFECT BEACHES IN
THE ADVISORY AREA, PRODUCING RIP CURRENTS AND LOCALIZED BEACH
EROSION.

THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS.

RIP CURRENTS WILL BE LIFE THREATENING.

RIP CURRENTS ARE POWERFUL CHANNELS OF WATER FLOWING QUICKLY AWAY
