MARCH WAS ANOTHER VERY WARM MONTH COMPARED TO NORMAL WITH THE
AVERAGE TEMPERATURE 8.1 DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL. THIS WAS THE FIFTH
WARMEST MARCH ON RECORD. COMBINED WITH FEBRUARY...THIS WAS THE
WARMEST FEBRUARY-MARCH PERIOD EVER (SINCE RECORDS HAVE BEEN KEPT).
THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE FOR MARCH WAS 52.5 DEGREES WITH AN
AVERAGE LOW OF 27.2. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE REACHED OCCURRED THREE
TIMES WITH A 68 ON THE 10TH, THE 6TH AND THE 5TH. THE LOWEST
TEMPERATURE OCCURRED ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH WITH 12 DEGREES.

PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH TOTALED 0.53 INCHES WHICH WAS 0.11
INCHES ABOVE NORMAL. 2.9 INCHES OF SNOW FELL DURING THE MONTH WHICH
WAS 1.8 INCHES BELOW NORMAL.
