TEMPERATURES WERE SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE. THE ONLY
WARM PERIOD WAS DURING THE 29TH-30TH...WHERE DAILY TEMPERATURES WERE
ANYWHERE FROM 15-20 DEGREES ABOVE AVERAGE. HOWEVER...MUCH OF THE
MONTH...WAS RATHER CHILLY...WITH THE MOST SIGNIFICANT COLD SPELL
FROM THE 11TH-21ST...WITH TEMPERATURES AROUND 20 TO 25 DEGREES BELOW
AVERAGE.

NOVEMBER PRECIPITATION WAS BELOW THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE FOR THE THIRD
YEAR IN A ROW. HOWEVER...THIS WAS THE FIRST NOVEMBER WITH MEASURABLE
