Low pres will pass well W of the region late today. As a warm
front passes N of the waters, rain will fall heavily at times with
gusty south to southeast winds late tonight through Tue. A cold
front will pass across the waters Wed as winds shift to W to NW.
Winds will remain gusty Wed through Fri as large high pres builds
across the waters.
