TO EXERCISE CAUTION UNTIL MIDNIGHT. MORE FAVORABLE MARINE CONDITIONS
ARE LIKELY TOMORROW AND THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF
SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE. WINDS AND SEAS MAY BECOME ADVERSE ENOUGH THIS
