1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move into the lower Texas coastal
waters Thursday night. A low pressure system is expected to
develop off the lower Texas coast and move towards the upper
Texas coast Saturday night into Sunday morning. Another frontal
passage is anticipated at the end of the weekend or early next
week.
