Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving across deep south Texas tonight
will likely stall somewhere over the lower Texas coastal waters
overnight. The front is expected to remain in the vicinity for
much of Thursday, providing light onshore flow ahead of the front
with moderate north winds behind it. Chance for showers and
thunderstorms will also be in place. Southerly flow returns Friday
and Saturday, with breezy conditions expected. Another front will
arrive in Sunday with modest north winds.
