.SYNOPSIS...SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN IN CONTROL ACROSS THE LOWER
TEXAS COASTLINE THIS WEEKEND AND INTO NEXT WEEK  MAINTAINING
MODERATE SOUTHERLY WINDS AND MODERATE SEAS. ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE OVER CENTRAL TEXAS INCREASING THE CHANCE OF
SHOWERS TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY.
