.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK COLD FRONT MOVED THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS
THIS MORNING ALLOWING WINDS AND SEAS TO INCREASE OFFSHORE THE
LOWER TEXAS COAST. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE FOR THE AFTERNOON AS
HIGH PRESSURE MOVES ACROSS THE NORTHWEST GULF OF MEXICO. A
DEVELOPING STORM SYSTEM OVER THE ROCKIES WILL BE INTENSIFYING
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY WITH STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS AND BUILDING SEAS
ANTICIPATED. THE STORM SYSTEM BRINGS A STRONG COLD FRONT THROUGH
THE COASTAL WATERS LATE SATURDAY NIGHT OR EARLY SUNDAY WITH STRONG
NORTH WINDS AND HAZARDOUS SEAS. MARINE CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE
MONDAY.
