AFTERNOON WITH THE SOUTHEASTERLY FLOW PERSISTING UNTIL  WEDNESDAY
WHEN A STRONG COLD FRONT SWEEPS OFF THE COAST. A STRONG OFFSHORE
FLOW WILL FOLLOW THROUGH THURSDAY...VEERING BACK TO  ONSHORE BY THE
WEEKEND.
