.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms over the coastal
waters this morning should decrease in coverage late this morning
and early this afternoon. As pressures fall over the central
plains southwesterly flow this morning will become southerly
overnight. Elevated tide levels could produce some minor coastal
flooding at times of high tide. Onshore winds are expected to
persist through the holiday weekend.
