nautical miles including Galveston and Matagorda Bays

.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Moderate northerly winds will gradually diminish through the
remainder of the day as strong expanding eastern Texas high
pressure weakens the offshore pressure gradient. High pressure
will move east of the region tomorrow and allow return Gulf flow
to resume by the evening and persist on into the weekend. The
threat of sea fog may return to the area Friday. The next front is
timed to pass across the local waters late Sunday night or early
Monday morning.
