.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
LIGHT WINDS THIS MORNING WILL INCREASE AND BECOME NORTH AND
NORTHEASTERLY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE WILL
BUILD OVER THE WATERS THROUGH FRIDAY BEFORE IT SLIDES EASTWARD.
THIS WILL IN TURN LEAD TO ONSHORE FLOW DEVELOPING AND THEN
STRENGTHEN SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY. A LONG SOUTHERLY FETCH WILL
BECOME ESTABLISHED BY LATE IN THE WEEKEND AND HAZARDOUS SEAS MAY
DEVELOP AND CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY.
