.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Light winds today as high pressure moves overhead, but increase
ahead tonight as a cold front is expected to move off of the
coast early Tuesday morning. Strong offshore winds will develop
behind the front Tuesday morning and then persist through Tuesday
night. Winds will diminish on Wednesday and then become onshore by
late Thursday as high pressure moves east of the area. Another
cold front should arrive on Saturday.
