NINE IS EXPECTED TO TRACK ACROSS THE NORTHEAST GULF OF MEXICO
WEDNESDAY AND THEN ACROSS NORTH FLORIDA AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL
WATERS THURSDAY...THEN EXITING NORTHEAST OF THE LOCAL WATERS
FRIDAY. TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE THURSDAY
THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT. A TRAILING FRONT WILL PUSH SOUTH OF THE
