.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Strong north
winds and very steep, wind-driven seas continue through tonight.
The worst conditions will be south of Cape Blanco and beyond 5 NM
from shore. Gales and the steepest seas move farther offshore
Friday, then conditions improve all areas Friday night into the
weekend.
