.SYNOPSIS...STRONG WESTERLY WINDS ARE SETTLING OVER THE COASTAL
WATERS THIS AFTERNOON AND GALE FORCE GUSTS HAVE BEEN OBSERVED AT
OFFSHORE BUOYS AND COASTAL SITES. THE GALE WARNING REMAINS IN
EFFECT AND A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY HAS BEEN ADDED ONTO THE END OF
THE GALE WARNING. THE ADVISORY WILL LAST UNTIL AT LEAST WEDNESDAY
MORNING. AS WINDS AND SEAS DIMINISH...THEY SHOULD MEET ADVISORY
CRITERIA THROUGH AT LEAST TUESDAY NIGHT...AND IT IS POSSIBLE THAT
THESE CONDITIONS COULD LAST INTO WEDNESDAY AS WELL. AFTER A BRIEF
LULL...ANOTHER INCREASE IN WINDS SEEMS LIKELY AROUND FRIDAY OR
