THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PLEASANT HILL HAS ISSUED A HYDROLOGIC
OUTLOOK FOR THE FOLLOWING STREAMS...

Crooked River near Richmond ...Platte River near Agency

This hydrologic outlook is based on the forecast rainfall for the
next 48 hours and estimated runoff from earlier rainfall. Crests may
vary if actual rainfall or runoff is greater or less than
anticipated.

Location: Big Creek at Blairstown
Flood stage: 20.0 feet
Latest stage: 14.6 feet at 9 AM Wednesday
Forecast crest: 20.5 feet Thursday Mar 30
At 20.0 feet...The west bank of the creek begins to flood.

Location: Blackwater River near Blue Lick
Flood stage: 24.0 feet
Latest stage: 12.6 feet at 9 AM Wednesday
Forecast crest: 27.4 feet Friday Mar 31
At 29.0 feet...Livestock in pastures along the river may be
endangered. Extensive damage also occurs to cropland and pasture.

Location: Crooked River near Richmond
Flood stage: 20.0 feet
Latest stage: 7.1 feet at 8 AM Wednesday
Forecast crest: 20.8 feet Thursday Mar 30
At 21.0 feet...Water begins to overtop a gravel road about 1 mile
south of the F and B Highway intersection.

Location: Platte River near Agency
Flood stage: 20.0 feet
Latest stage: 8.7 feet at 8 AM Wednesday
Forecast crest: 21.1 feet Friday Mar 31
At 20.0 feet...Low-lying areas east of Agency begin to flood.
