.SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP AGAIN SUNDAY NEAR A
SURFACE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER APALACHEE BAY. AS THIS SYSTEM
SLOWLY DRIFTS NORTHEAST STORMS WILL TRAIN OVER LOCATIONS IN THE
WATCH AREA. ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES WILL BE
POSSIBLE THROUGH MONDAY MORNING WITH ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS.

THE FLOOD WATCH IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR

* A PORTION OF NORTHERN FLORIDA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
  ALACHUA...COLUMBIA...GILCHRIST...HAMILTON...MARION AND ...
  SUWANNEE.

* THROUGH MONDAY MORNING

* LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL OF SEVERAL INCHES OVER ALREADY
  SATURATED GROUND.

* TRAINING OF STORMS WILL MAKE LONG DURATIONS OF MODERATE TO
  HEAVY RAINFALL POSSIBLE. ALREADY SATURATED SOILS MEANS MOST
  RAINFALL WILL NOT HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE ABSORBED INTO THE
  GROUND. EXPECT PONDING OF WATER IN LOW LYING AREAS AND AREAS
  PRONE TO FLOODING.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLOODING DEVELOP.
