AT 206 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO
INDICATE A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS BETWEEN ANGUS TO ALTO WITH LIGHTER
RAIN OVER RUIDOSO. HIGHWAYS 37 AND 48 WILL BE IMPACTED. EXPECT
HEAVY RUNOFF WITHIN THE RIO BONITO NEAR ANGUS AND HIGHWAY 48 AND
LOCATIONS FURTHER DOWNSTREAM. HEAVY RUNOFF HAS ALSO BEEN REPORTED
OFF OF ALTO HILL.
