CENTRAL MIDLAND AND SOUTH CENTRAL MARTIN COUNTIES...

AT 129 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS CONTINUED TO
DETECT A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN.  RADAR ESTIMATES OVER
3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE EAST SIDE OF THE CITY OF
MIDLAND.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED OVER MIDLAND...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT
5 MPH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

STREAMS AND DRAINAGES AFFECTED INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO...
MUSTANG DRAW AND MIDLAND DRAW.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. ACT QUICKLY IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
