* AT 638 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS NORTHERN LAMAR COUNTY. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN
  HAVE ALREADY FALLEN BASED ON RADAR ESTIMATES. FLASH FLOODING IS
