* AT 648 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN. MORE THAN TWO INCHES OF RAIN FELL ACROSS PARTS OF
  WARNED AREA EARLIER TODAY. AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF
  RAINFALL WILL RESULT IN LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING.
